    Raffinerien und Chemiewerke führen ihre Leitungen oberirdisch, weil man Lecks sehen und Rohre erreichen können muss. Das Ergebnis sind Trassen, die Anlagen wie Adern verbinden und ganz nebenbei jede Wegführung auf dem Gelände bestimmen. Für Sci-Fi-Tische ist das ein dankbares Motiv, weil es Struktur schafft, ohne Fläche zu blockieren. Die aufgerissenen Endstücke setzen den Punkt, an dem der Betrieb schiefgegangen ist.
