Hintergrund & Einordnung

British and Canadian troops fought under sometimes extreme winter conditions in the final years of the war - from the snowy Ardennes to the frozen lowlands of Northwest Europe. Platoon leaders at the unit level bore a decisive responsibility: they coordinated immediate combat operations and maintained the cohesion of their men even under the most adverse conditions. The four figures cover the main platoon types of a British or Canadian army and are thematically designed for winter deployment scenarios of the late war phase.

Einsatz im Spiel

Without a functioning chain of command, entire units in Bolt Action lose their ability to act - officer models are therefore not an option, but a must. This set covers four different platoon types, offering maximum deployment flexibility for British and Canadian armies. The figures can be used both as individual commanders and with orderlies. For winter scenarios on the Western Front or in the Ardennes, they complete a thematically coherent army image.
