    Hintergrund & Einordnung

    The Tiger II was the last German heavy production tank of World War II. Vehicles without Zimmerit are especially suitable for the later production phase, after this coating was no longer used. The tank was heavily armored and armed with the long 8.8cm KwK 43. However, its effectiveness on the battlefield was limited by its weight, fuel shortages, and technical strains.
